L’iscritto si impegna a mantenere attiva la casella email utilizzata per l’iscrizione al fine di ricevere le eventuali informative dell’Amministrazione e per effettuare con successo le operazioni di manutenzione e aggiornamento della propria password.

Riservatezza

Ciascun utente si impegna a mantenere riservata l’esistenza del sito e la propria partecipazione alla community. L’utenza è diffidata formalmente dall’utilizzare la propria iscrizione e i contenuti presenti nel sito per il perseguimento di scopi personali.

Unicità dell’account

Vige il divieto assoluto di creare più di un account. Eventuali deroghe a questo divieto potranno essere concesse discrezionalmente dallo staff a seguito di esplicita e motivata richiesta di chi abbia gravi e valide ragioni per avere una doppia iscrizione. La violazione della presente indicazione è passibile di espulsione dal sito a insindacabile giudizio dello Staff.

Limitazioni

Prima di consentire l'accesso, lo Staff preposto controlla la sussistenza delle successive condizioni applicando insindacabilmente restrizioni alla navigazione del sito:

Altrettanto, lo Staff si riserva di verificare il numero di connessioni e la quantità e la qualità dei contributi condivisi. In caso di mancanza di una congrua partecipazione, l’utenza può essere sottoposta a restrizioni temporanee o permanenti.

Argomenti e messaggi (threads e posts)

L’unico responsabile del messaggio pubblicato è l’utente stesso. In nessun caso il messaggio rappresenta l’opinione della lista degli iscritti né dei Moderatori o degli Amministratori che non possono a nessun titolo, essere chiamati a rispondere in sede penale o civile al riguardo.

Tutti i messaggi inseriti sono post-moderati. Ogni messaggio dopo essere stato reso pubblico può essere valutato ed eventualmente venire modificato, bloccato, sospeso, cestinato o rimosso da un moderatore per la mancata aderenza al presente regolamento, alle vigenti leggi oppure per esigenze editoriali.

Non sono accettate discussioni a sfondo politico, religioso e sportivo in quanto potenzialmente produttive di flames e considerate fuori argomento (off topic) rispetto alle tematiche del sito.

I messaggi dovranno seguire i limiti del buon gusto, dell’educazione e del rispetto degli altri consoci e dei soggetti descritti nelle recensioni e nei racconti. Ciò non esclude l’utilizzo di termini volgari, visto che ci si rivolge ad utenti adulti e che sanno trattarsi di una community dal contenuto sessuale spesso esplicito.

Sono assolutamente vietati messaggi e discussioni offensive verso persone o consoci e comunque fuori dal diritto alla critica e al dissenso, che contengano o facciano riferimento a contenuti vietati dalle leggi vigenti, che incitano la violenza, l’omofobia, il razzismo, la pedofilia, facenti riferimento a pratiche contrarie alle regole di convivenza civile, che tendano al favoreggiamento o allo sfruttamento della prostituzione.

La c.d recensione rappresenta la cronistoria di una esperienza vissuta dall’iscritto e pubblicata con il solo scopo di condividerne il racconto.

E’ consentita una sola recensione per singola esercente. Eventuali altri contributi, andranno concordati preventivamente con l’Amministrazione e ammessi solo ove riportino sostanziali differenze rispetto a quanto precedentemente pubblicato dallo stesso utente.

Non è possibile indicare nomi e cognomi di persone, indirizzi né collegamenti ipertestuali che riportino alla vita privata di qualsiasi soggetto.

E’ vietata la pubblicazione di messaggi a scopo pubblicitario senza preventiva autorizzazione dell’Amministrazione.

E’ assolutamente vietato criticare pubblicamente l’Amministrazione, i Moderatori e i soggetti da essi delegati. Le rimostranze, dovranno essere effettuate in forma strettamente privata.

Libero utilizzo di immagini

La libera riproduzione e la libera utilizzazione delle fotografie sono disciplinate dalla legge sul diritto d'autore in una specifica disposizione. La normativa vigente prevede il diritto morale del fotografo alla menzione, nella riproduzione dell'immagine, del suo nome.

Resta onere del fotografo indicare per ogni esemplare di foto:

  • Il nome di chi detiene i diritti di utilizzazione economica (fotografo, datori di lavoro o committente).
  • L'indicazione dell'anno di produzione della fotografia, e se la foto riproduce un'opera d'arte ed in quest'ultimo cao, il nome dell'autore dell'opera d'arte fotografata.
